When exactly do I earn money?
You earn in two ways. (1) Lead unlocks: the moment a contractor pays to unlock a lead you submitted, your commission is triggered — R28.00 for a pre-qualified lead or R5.00 for a standard lead. (2) Vendor referrals: when a contractor registers via your unique referral link and pays their once-off R99 business verification fee, you earn R20.00 automatically.
Does the job need to be completed for me to earn?
No. You earn on the first paid unlock of a valid lead — not when the job is done. The customer just needs to be a real person with a genuine service request.
What is the difference between a pre-qualified and a standard lead?
A pre-qualified lead includes full service details (job description, location, timing, and valid contact info) and earns you R28.00. A standard lead has a basic service request and contact info — it earns R5.00. Aim for pre-qualified leads to maximise your income.
How does the vendor referral work?
Your unique referral link is visible on your partner dashboard. Share it with contractors or service providers. When they register and pay their R99 verification fee via your link, R20.00 is credited to your account automatically.
Do I pay onboarding fees?
No. Partner onboarding is completely free. There is no setup or onboarding cost to join the platform.
What happens if fake leads are submitted?
Fake, manipulated, duplicated, or non-consensual leads violate platform policy. Accounts that repeatedly submit fake leads are suspended or permanently removed.
